Timely and efficient new car warranty appointment. Total service time was under one hour that I spent in a comfortable, clean waiting area. The service agent helping me was polite and personal. My only constructive suggestion is the client greeting upon entry to the drive-in service initiation area should be immediate, no matter how short or simple (I realize the agents are often very busy), to acknowledge arrival.
On time service. All service preformed as required.
They were very nice, but I went in for maintenance and only requested getting wiper fluid, but when I got home, I realized they didn't fill it. Otherwise, they were great.
