"Excellent service" It was easy to go through the express line. The staff were friendly and very professional. There were complimentary snacks and coffee in the waiting room. I highly recommend Berlin City Auto Group, south Portland, Maine.
"Service Review" Bobby was extremely helpful and polite. Bobby kept me updated on the progress of the work and walked me to my car when everything was done.
"Appreciated free inspection" There was a back of cars checking in when I arrived, but after a short wait, Jessica greeted me cheerfully and handled my appointment with efficiency, calling me when it was done. Appreciated the thorough inspection of my 8 yrs Crosstour, and the price was right!
