My first Honda, and service at Berlin City. I was greeted with a warm smile, and efficiency of the service was excellent! I will return when needed for sure!
Quick service took care of what I came in for .
They went above and beyond. I took my new car in for a recall issue and they found an oil leak that they took care of as well as performed an oil change that would have been due in a few weeks.

Eric S. allowed me to come in a day early to avoid driving in the snow on summer tires and the swap over to my winter tires went perfectly...plus my key fob battery was replaced by Eric...my tires and rims were purchased at Berlin City in South Portland for a competitive price...so thankful for this excellent business...I was super fortunate to be seen a day early...in and out in no time ..and a free car wash!...for Teddie!
I only give them a 4 because I was quoted a 1 1/2 hour wait and I was there for 3 hours. I had a scheduled 8:00 AM appointment and was on time. The customer service was great but not sure why the extended wait time.
The service I received was excellent. Parts had to be ordered for my car, and Lucas kept me informed until completion of the repair. He even offered me a loaner car until my car was completed. I am now back on the road with my car, and all is working well! Many thanks to Berlin City Honda, and to Lucas for taking great care of me!
