"Honest" No complaints, I went in for an inspection sticker and was greeted with a smile and the service was prompt. This is my third Honda and I have been using Berlin City from the first one and will continue to use them.
"Excellent service" No complaints and really nothing more to add than what has already been addressed. This is my first vehicle with Berlin City and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
"Maintenance visit" This was my first visit and I was very satisfied with the service. Norberto Ramos was my advisor and he was extremely friendly and helpful.

My husband and I went to Berlin City Honda in South Portland to see what nice used cars they might have to replace my very old Toyota 4Runner and I ended up leaving with a beautiful, well maintained slightly used Camry two hours later. "Sunday Inspection" I was pleased to see that your location was open for Service appointments on a Sunday. I didn't have to carve time out during the busy workweek. I scheduled an early morning appointment and was on my way in about 30 minutes. Fantastic!
"Painless" Good service and fast. Straight to the point. Clean place and helpful on learning about my new car. Andrew very honest and witty. Zach a great addition.
"Free Inspection PLUS" Had a annual inspection for my 2017 Fit. I have the service package, but needed a tire balance, which wasn't included. Eric just had it done, at no extra cost. These title things mean a lot to me. Service was done in plenty of time for a shuttle pickup. Thanks Eric!
"Oil change and recall fix" I had a great experience. One suggestion is adding 2 names to your customer database. Your email for feedback came to my email but with my husbands name as the title. Otherwise great experience! Thanks Dylan for your great customer service! Lizabeth Harrington
