I had the Service Engine light come on and needed service. Lucas was my service rep and took me in within a couple days. Being near the holidays, this was better than I expected. My car was serviced, but my engine light came back on within a few miles. Lucas got me right back in and they corrected the issue. I had a defective catalytic converter which they replaced. Berlin City Honda got me in the next day when I heard a strange sound under my car. They checked it all out and couldn't recreate the noise (always the way!) but proclaimed it safe to drive. I appreciate that they were able to take care of it so promptly.
My experience was super good! I dropped off my car at 10:30 am and the maintenance was supposed to take 2 hours. They drove me home in their car and came back to pick me up 2 hours later. I really appreciated their work and the way they take care of their customers.
