The maintenance minder for code five was reset as it was not needed at this visit as just oil change and tire rotation was correct...also got the key battery replaced
Friendly service. Ability to get repairs found at time of service done that were not requested when booked .
The service advisor, Ryan is outstanding. He explained things clearly, kept me informed, etc. However, there are some system problems that need addressing. Calls were dropped & misdirected by call center, text sent to me had an incorrect service advisor name so my messages to Ryan were not received. Also, an ancient phone number was used to try to reach me (supposedly) when a part came in.
