"Oil change and Multi-Point Inspection" First time with Berlin City Service Department. I was vert pleased with the professional and friendly staff. They verified what service would be provided, gave me a time estimate, and notified me when complete...within the estimated time. I would highly recommend this dealerships service dept.

"Excellent customer service and service" Had air conditioning repaired on 2.5 yr car. Happy with customer service advisor, and estimate adhered to for repair. Air conditioner now working well.
"60,000 mi. check." Had an excellent explanation of the service and expected length of time needed for this service. In the inspection an additional problem which was covered under my warranty was assessed. I was given options and I asked to have the work added to my 60. 000 mi services. This extended my wait for about another hr. which was quite reasonable. The service staff were incredible helpful keeping me apprised of the progress and were able to get the completes service within the afternoon while I waited.
"Repair" Staff took me in and were very helpful. Waiting room was clean and had coffee, water and snacks. The repair to my tire and airbag recall were done in a timely manner and we were given updates throughout our wait.
"Very good experience " We were very pleased with the salesman's knowledge, professionalism and his attention. We would definitely recommend Berlin City Honda to anyone looking for a new car.

"Personal service" Ryan is super helpful and personally helped make sure that my windshield fluid that I brought was used during my multipoint inspection. It may seem small to some but it was important to me and that was enough for Ryan to ensure it was done my way.
