"oil change" Excellent service from Eric. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Needed an oil change and tire alignment and had everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. Eric was great to work with.
"Service " Took care of my problem pretty fast. I called late in the afternoon, made an appointment for next morning. Was there early and they took my vehicle right off. Found the problem and I was back on the road a little after two.
"Love the people that work there" I always get questioned as to why I go to my dealer as my mechanic. But honestly, you guys are fast and convenient. The last month my axle broke, needed an inspection and oil change. Both times I had Eric Surawski, I believe is his name. He is amazing and treats me like a person and not just a customer. It was raining the other day and I had my son who was sleeping, he brought my car back inside so I wouldn't have to bring him out in the rain. You have a good employee right there.
"fast, easy and thorough service" I only needed an oil change but they also checked the alignment and several other things. I was told that all the computers had gone down that morning but it didn't cause me any problems; the service was still fast and easy.
"Efficient/Fair/Knowledgeable" Cliff Rocque made what I expected to feel like getting a root canal into a pleasant and easy purchase/lease. Getting the car delivered was a huge plus.
"Great visit " I was given a great deal on a car that I love. I've had my car for 1 week and I am very pleased.
"Easy to have car serviced" Berlin City Honda of Portland made it very easy to have my car serviced. I made my appointment on line without any problems. Rescheduled online without any problems. Brought the car in slightly earlier then the appointment and it was taken right in. I knew that various items needed to be addressed in order to obtain the inspection sticker as well as the general maintenance service. "Always good service" I arrived at the appointed time. Car was taken immediately after reviewing work to be done. Car was ready at the promised time. This was for routine maintenance and state inspection, with no drama.
"Professional & Knowledgeable " With my research complete, I knew exactly the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing, along with a price point when I walked into Berlin City's show room.
