"Oil Change" I dropped off my car for an oil change. My tires were rotated and the excellent crew proactively updated my inspection sticker! Very happy with the service provided by this shop!

"I always have an excellent experience at Berlin City!" I've been getting my car's routine maintenance done at Berlin City since I bought the car there in 2015, and I absolutely love how professional and detailed they are when taking care of my car. I think the prices are fair, the waiting area and drop off zone are very clean and have TVs, Wi-Fi, snacks and beverages, and I always enjoy looking at the current Honda's on display scoping out my next purchase!

The waiting room was well stocked with coffee, water, fresh fruit and various granola bars. Plenty of seating and charging stations for customers’ electronic devices, as well as clean restrooms!
