"Delivered on time service" Recall item and free state inspection was done on time. Van was even treated to a free car wash. I’ll be back next year.
"Great service" Brought my almost 8 year old Honda in for routine servicing. They found that my brakes needed replacing and called me before proceeding with the work, so no surprises when I picked the car up. Great service.

"I always have an excellent experience at Berlin City!" I've been getting my car's routine maintenance done at Berlin City since I bought the car there in 2015, and I absolutely love how professional and detailed they are when taking care of my car. I think the prices are fair, the waiting area and drop off zone are very clean and have TVs, Wi-Fi, snacks and beverages, and I always enjoy looking at the current Honda's on display scoping out my next purchase!

"Perfect" The salesman was excellent. He listened to our needs and was able to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price within our budget.
"Pleasant Visit" Scheduled oil change, sticker, and tire rotation. Jessica was wonderful, friendly, and courteous and kept me informed on vehicle status from start to finish. The waiting room was well stocked with coffee, water, fresh fruit and various granola bars. Plenty of seating and charging stations for customers’ electronic devices, as well as clean restrooms!
"Quick & Efficient!" I dropped my vehicle off without an appt because I just happened to be in the area. I asked if they would be able to squeeze me in and they were very accommodating.
