I've been going to Berlin City since I purchased my HR-V from them in 2019. Wouldn't go anywhere else for service.
Service adviser was very helpful and informative. Routine maintenance was completed efficiently.
They told me the service would take 45 minutes and they actually completed the job in 45 minutes.
Excellent service and customer support.
Outstanding service. Well-trained and firendly service staff. Large, comfortable waitng room with free gourmet coffee, Poland Spring bottled water, multiple copies of daily newspapers, and a big screen TV.

Please remove or edit J& S express oil lube mileage as dealer check the car and provide actual mileage. Thanks
I had a problem with people always flashing at me. They helped me lowering my headlights and added the seatbelt part while my car was there. Took only about an hour and they notified me as soon as the car was ready. Excellent service
