Good shop. Seems to be fairly efficient unless it's a peak time.
It was great. Service advisor did NOT upsell. Pointed out 2 items that will need attention in 5k miles. Car was ready on time.

Great service, friendly staff and clean facility
My past experiences dealing with the service department here have been less than stellar, but this experience was very good. The representative I dealt with (Dillon) was very nice and kept me in the loop along each step of the way. The only reason I deducted one point is that they didn't have the part my vehicle needed in stock, and they had to schedule my actual repair for the next day, which was inconvenient as I live about 45 minutes away. All in all, it was a very good experience.
Friendly efficient people that do the job.
Always friendly people with a clean and comfortable waiting area. Love optional outside seating.
