"Best Car Ever !" I just gave up my 2002 VW Passat Wagon for the Honda CR-V Ex and I know this one will last me 16 years too if I still want to drive at the age of 87 !!!
"Great Team " I had a 2011 Honda CRV that I had bought in Massachusetts. I moved to Maine and soon after there was a recall on my Honda CRV. I chose Berlin City since it was close to where I work. I was so impressed with the service that I knew when it was time to purchase a new car, that Berlin would be my first dealership to visit. Everyone on Berlin City team was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The buying experience was a partnership and not a negotiation.
"Overall good with one exception." I was looking for an Accord EXL in Champagne color. Unfortunately they only had 2 EXL in stock and not my color. I had to move up to a 2.0 turbo to get the color I was looking for. When I thought we had a deal I was surprised to find a charge for "accessories" of $573.00.(consisting of wheel locks, a phone charger and etching). I was informed "we put these on all our cars". "EXCELLENT SERVICE" Jessica did anAWESOME job keeping me up to date on my vehicle .It took longer than I expected but the waiting area was very comfortable so I didn’t mind the wait as much.
"Great sales agent!" I probably got the best deal for my money. Evidently, Honda no longer awards equity on their leases for turning in the car way under the mileage. Although this was disappointing to learn, I felt that my sales agent worked to find the best deal for me.
"Friendly, experts, washed my car" I always bring my 2006 Civic Hybrid here. The folks there always take a good look at what's going on with my car and make recommendations to prevent future issues. This time I got the extra perk of them cleaning the exterior of my car.
"Great Experience" I had a great experience purchasing a new 2016 Honda Civic LX-P Coupe. Chris was very helpful in explaining the options I have relative to other cars they had available. In addition, he worked to lower the price of the car to meet my budget and respective of another dealership's price.
"Very satisfied. Jessica was most helpful." Very satisfied. Jessica was most helpful. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. I was also assured by Phil that my referral bonus for the sale of Jen St.Onge purchase of a CRV will be resolved by Wednesday of next week.
"Oil change and tire rotation:" Service arranged around my schedule to accommodate being in the area. Easy to check in and out. No waiting once I returned from my errands.
