"A Welcoming Experience " I was scheduled for an oil change first thing in the morning and the service team was more lively than accommodating given the time of day. It’s an enjoyable experience going to Berlin City Honda of South Portland, especially to start the day!
"Great first time experience with recall and maintenance" Appointment setup went smoothly, the car was worked on (airbag recalls + 100k maintenance) as described and within estimate. Staff friendly and helpful. Best feature was free shuttle service to and from Portland. Oh and it was winter and they ran the car through a complimentary car wash.
"Fabulous!" Dillon was very knowledgable and kept me informed throughout. He even showed me the parts that had to be replaced so I could better understand. Wow! Also arranged shuttle service for me and gave me a quote for an upcoming needed repair. All in all he went over and above my expectations and was was more personable and sincere than other service reps I have had contact with in the past who seem somewhat distracted and perhaps jaded or bored with their job.
"Great service department hours" I had a punctured tire at 5:00 pm. I was so thankful that the service department was open until 8:00pm! They got me in promptly and took very good care of the problem!
