"fast, friendly, thorough" ALL WAS GREAT. THEY TOOK ME RIGHT IN. HE LAID OUT WHAT WAS TO BE DONE. I ASKED FOR AN EXTRA CHECK OF MY ANTENNA. HE DID IT. SERVICE WAS PROMPT.
"Excellent Service" A 5,000 mile check up. A simple oil change and registration was all that was needed. All handled by the fine team at Berlin City Honda.
"Efficient" Set up an appointment for an oil change; drove in, was greeted, car evaluated, was given some tips, an estimate of time and was out within the estimated time.
"Best of the best" I was immediately impressed by these rice check in procedure. The two gentlemen who greeted me were so very nice and within minutes I felt a connection. The waiting room was clean and neat as was the ladies room. The waiting room itself was set up in a customer friendly manner and offered several free choices of quality coffees and water and fruit. "Brought 3 family cars in at once for inspection/maintenance" The Honda team was friendly and efficient. We got all of our cars taken care of quickly and were back out the door in no time.
"Best price of 4 Maine dealers" After long hours negotiating at four Maine Honda dealers, Scott Croteau gave us the best price on a new Honda Fit EX, and an excellent trade in value for our Mini Cooper. Very pleased with our purchase, the price, and the car. (my second Honda Fit)
"Great customer service..." Bobby Ramos was there when I arrived and after a short examination discovered one of the tires was leaking air and needed to be looked at for service. They found something wrong that needed to be replaced and after about an hour and a half I was good to go.
"Extremely Helpful service." Doug made helpful suggestions and did a great job explaining the wok done to me. He saved me some money, too; and, I liked that.
"Love my Honda HRV" Scott went the extra mile helping me find the perfect car and Chris was very helpful with the paperwork and finalizing everything. Everybody was extremely helpful. I will definitely be returning!
