"Efficient" Set up an appointment for an oil change; drove in, was greeted, car evaluated, was given some tips, an estimate of time and was out within the estimated time.
"Best of the best" I was immediately impressed by these rice check in procedure. The two gentlemen who greeted me were so very nice and within minutes I felt a connection. The waiting room was clean and neat as was the ladies room. The waiting room itself was set up in a customer friendly manner and offered several free choices of quality coffees and water and fruit. "Brought 3 family cars in at once for inspection/maintenance" The Honda team was friendly and efficient. We got all of our cars taken care of quickly and were back out the door in no time.

"Great customer service..." Bobby Ramos was there when I arrived and after a short examination discovered one of the tires was leaking air and needed to be looked at for service. They found something wrong that needed to be replaced and after about an hour and a half I was good to go.
"Extremely Helpful service." Doug made helpful suggestions and did a great job explaining the wok done to me. He saved me some money, too; and, I liked that.
"Love my Honda HRV" Scott went the extra mile helping me find the perfect car and Chris was very helpful with the paperwork and finalizing everything. Everybody was extremely helpful. I will definitely be returning!

"Analyze TPMS System reset and program light" my appointment service was on time and it was easy to go through the express line. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He took care of the problem and went above and beyond the job duties. He made sure I was welcome and offered complimentary coffee and snacks. I highly recommend Berlin City Auto Group.
