"Good car buying experience, even for a busy day." When I arrived, Cliff was already working with other customers, so he took a copy of my license and let me go on a test drive by myself. I had a good 40 minute drive with the car, and came back, took a lunch break, and then came back to talk it over with him. Even though he was very busy, he had a very pleasant, low key demeanor. No pressure at all.
"Pleasant Experience" Very happy to meet Jessica, my service rep. She made the experience as pleasant as it can be for a woman taking her car to the garage. "Service on new Civic" Although we have had some issues with our new Civic, the service department has been very attentive and eager to help resolve the problems. Specifically, the radio function controls have been intermittent on our 2017 Civic. Bobby Ramos scheduled a convenient appointment and kept us informed as the service tech attempted to identify the cause. The problem seems to now be fixed and, if not, Bobby gave us his contact info and encouraged us to call back.
"Service on 2012 Civic" We were in last week for service. Dylan Keane was our service tech. and told us what needed to be done and they had to "over night" the parts. We took a loaner. He was very professional and even came in on his day off to finish us up. Had the car washed for us. Much appreciated as our car wash place was closed for repairs. The waiting room is a pleasant place to be while car being taken care of. Went back in for all fluids to be replaced and are good to go for another 30,000 miles. Nice experience and... read more
