"Great" With only one person available for checking in that morning, the process went smoothly. The rep apologized for the slowness, but was very pleasant and wished l noted his name. Always pleased with my reception when auto work is necessary. Always buy our Honda's at Berlin!
"Convenient" Love the waiting area with WiFi and television, snacks coffee tea and water. They even washed my car! They also have a convenient shuttle service!
