"Oil Change plus rotation" Jessica was very friendly and professional. I had made my appointment on line and the confirmation email said I was dropping off, which was not the case I had to wait for the oil change. She made sure I was informed of other work that was needed, but I didn't have the time for, and that the work was done as quick as possible.
"Andrew Fossett was great!" I can be difficult and Andrew handled me very well. NO matter how crazy my request - he put it in front of the sales manager and helped me negotiate a decent deal. This is the fourth car I have purchased from Berlin City.
