"Service" I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted in the service bay area by Dylan Keene. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was told that the service would take approximately an hour. When I came back to pick up my vehicle Dylan explained that I needed an air filter as well as a HEPA intake filter. "Very satisfied " Very straight forward and no hassle. I wasn’t planning on buying from Berlin but stopped by while shopping at the mall and the staff gave me an offer that was very fair. I was negotiating with Darlings in Brewer and could not come to terms. The plan was to continue the process with Darlings Honda but, in one visit at Berlin City Honda I had a deal.
"Test drive, price negotiation and purchase process made easy" Our sales rep and finance officer were both very helpful, personable, and forthcoming with information we needed to make the best decision. Both did an excellent job at keeping the mood lighthearted and the overall process as painless as possible.
