"Attention to detail, efficient and complete." My request for service was spur of the moment. I had left a message with Bobby Ramos, Service Advisor, asking for next day service for our Honda CRV. Bobby answered the message promptly and scheduled the service for the following afternoon. "Wonderful!" The service person I worked with was very friendly and helpful. He arranged a ride to and from a local business for me. The two drivers that drove me were very friendly as well.
"Great work, professionally done." This was my first experience with the service department. I was very impressed by the extensive, clean waiting area that offered coffee, etc. to make waiting as good an experience as possible. I asked for a loaner car which was provided by Hertz at no cost to me. Great!!

"Fabulous!" I am never disappointed when I bring my car to Berlin City Honda! From the moment we drive in till the moment we drive out I receive the best customer care. I always bring my dog who absolutely loves visiting with everybody there. I know exactly what’s being done to my car, how long it will take, and, on the one occasion when it needed some extra work, I was told exactly what the problem was and what would be done to take care of it.
