"Well done" Brought the vehicle in to get a duplicate key made. In and out in less than an hour. Beautiful facilities. Friendly, professional staff. Very good experience. Met all expectations.

"Straightforward approach to car sales." This car purchase was the first time I didn't feel manipulated while choosing and moving toward the purchase of a new car from a dealership. Scott Brown was patient and respectful as I decided between two options and ultimately went with the less expensive model. I was able to road test both vehicles and thoroughly explore options before making my choice. I would buy there again. I was also impressed with the tech tutorial provided before leaving the dealership with my new car.
"2016 Honda Civic 30,000 mile maintenance" Great service. Bobby provided a thorough explanation of all aspects of the multipoint inspection. He was friendly and very accommodating. The shuttle was available to take me to work with no delay. Stan, the shuttle driver picked me back up as agreed upon. The car was ready for me when I got back to the dealership. I always enjoy my experience at Berlin City and receive excellent assistance and advice at every appointment.
