"Feedback on scheduled mainatenance service. " Easy to schedule service appointment on- line. Service representative was courteous, fully explained what services were needed. Kept me updated on progress. Explained all charges after service was completed. Driver took my wife and I to the mall. Driver was very courteous and pleasant. Arrived for pick-up on time. Very pleasant experience all around. Will definitely be back.
"Service oriented" The people I've dealt with at BCH so far have been very attentive and eager to please. I appreciate it. When I told them I needed my car ready ASAP they got it done very quickly.
"Excellent!" I came in for a recall. I originally thought I would take the shuttle but David said they would have me done in a hour. They finished it in 40 minutes, they really wanted to make sure I didn't get caught in an upcoming sniow storm. Waiting was great, beverages and TV.
"Excellent service" I had an oil change/tire pressure appointment scheduled for 5;30 and called to see if I could come earlier......”no problem” is what I was told. I was on my way home by 5;30. Ryan was courteous and efficient. He went over everything he did while working on my car. I have been a loyal customer at Berlin City Honda for years and will continue my relationship with them. Excellent service!!!!!

"Good Service" Very helpful and accommodating. Answered all questions and made it easy to find the car that I wanted. Also explained all of the financing options in detail and to my satisfaction.
"No more pushy sales, fast service " It has been a couple years since I purchased my Accord from Matt at Berlin. He was great. A couple things needed to be done after the sale and I was not happy how they were handled. Sloppy work and greasy hand prints on my white car. If it wasn't for the free inspection and tire rotation I doubt I would have come back. This last visit was better. Got me out quickly and didn't push services I didn't need although forgot to remove the paper floor mat and mirror tag. Much better.
