As usual, my service experience was excellent! I was greeted by Eric Surawski, who quickly took care of my needs. He is always very knowledgeable and courteous, and explains things in a way you can understand. I have three Honda's, and I always bring them to Eric and Berlin City Honda for service. I always get top rate service!
Eric Surawski is an excellent service advisor and helped me get a Honda multi-point safety inspection and my annual Maine state sticker. I feel like I'm driving a new car!!
