"Excellent Service - Bobby Ramos" I recently brought my 2016 Honda Pilot in due to an intermittent engine light. Bobby Ramos provided me w excellent service the entire time. He kept me updated on what was going on and helped w understanding my warranty, I will request him as my service advisor on all my future visits.
"Misunderstanding" I experienced a problem when I initially brought my Pilot in for the window washer repair. I had previously stopped in and it was determined I needed a part, which was ordered for me. I was called and told it was in. When I made a service appt, I said a part had been ordered and was in stock for me. The day I came in, the part was no where to be found. "Bought the CRV" Yesterday, I came in to talk, to have my car assessed. I drove home a few hours later with the 2017 CRV diamond white classsy vehicle.No fears of snow, no more crouching down into an accord and lots of style!!! In the good hands of Dylan who led me to Bridgit who led me to Steve who closed the deal and led me to Wayne for the most fun and fast paper trail.Really exceptional people make up this team.
"Customer service with Dylan" Just the greatest experience all the time. the whole team is friendly, focused, thoughtful, attentive, and genuine. This time the thirty thousansd mile check. Dylan has exceptional people skilles. you are a person not anumber, eye contact well received, courteous, efficient, and friendly. I have had Dylan several times and it isalways a pleasure.
"Pleasant crew to deal with--they make everything easy. " Honda has the best service group - that's why I always come back. Everything is explained in great detail and the work is always done right.
"Always great service" It is always a no hassle visit. I wait for my car and they are very responsive. Waiting area is really comfortable and well equipped to let me plug in and work on my computer.
"Excellent service for oil change and detailing" The service advisor, Bobby Ramos, was very polite and efficient. In the very cold weather he had the team take extra care to detail my Pilot and hand dry door jams to reduce chance of freezing doors. Service waiting area was keep very clean and neat. A team member was working very hard to keep up on mopping the dirty slush from the floors brought in due to the snow.
"Prompt and knowledgeable" Very professional Car was ready when expected Shuttle service was convenient and prompt. Everyone there was courteous. Work done was explained so that I felt confident
"Impressions of Service Center" Mr. Ramos processed my service visit and I thought he was excellent. He was kind and considerate and informed me of the cost involved and what was done to my car. I would, however, like to comment on something that did not pertain to the service tech helping me and that is: It was my first visit to this dealership for service and I didn't know the routine.
