Before I bought my Honda CRV, I had always brought my cars to the local mechanic since I always felt that the car dealership mechanic price would much more expensive. After my purchase of of my Honda, I was given coupons for having maintenance work done on my new car. After 3 yrs doing repairs, Berlin City still sends me coupons which I always use. Friendly and efficient service
My car is 11 years old and had a strange noise underneath. Had a mechanic take a drive with me to hear it. He heard it too and found the source, fixed it that day and the car drives like it's new! Love my Pilot!
The time it took for the work to be completed was excessive. The service person did not do a great job in communicating the status of the vehicle.
