"Surprisingly good " They were very helpful. My email offer expired but they honored it anyway. Also offered reasonably priced tire rotation. Very helpful and makes me more likely to go the distance for a new car in the future.
"Efficient, Pleasant & Of Course Easy" A state vehicle inspection was scheduled. Since, I had arrived 30 minutes early, I had no expectation to be immediately taken care of. That is exactly what Service Advisor, Bobby Ramos proceeded to do and as usual, with a smile and courteous greeting. "inspection" Inspection was done well and promptly. I have nothing to add, except that it is annoying to have to enter a minimum of twenty-five words to describe my satisfaction with a routine visit. Were it not for the fine job the service department did and my desire to express gratitude, I would be too offended by this survey to fill it out.
"Oil/Winter Check" Excellent service for getting winter ready. I love the quick check in and out. I really appreciate all the wonderful shuttle drivers. Always on time.
"Pilot " Tire pressure sensor were leaking in rear also needed tires. Ryan York got me on an emergency and when my vehicle couldn’t be finish that day provided me with a loaner. Top notch service
"my salesman dave was excellent, pleasant helpful " everything was great. Dave did a nice job. my only complaint was when working on financing I felt a bit pushed into programs. the sales department David Cyr and Cliff ? were nothing but excellent.
