"Efficient, Pleasant & Of Course Easy" A state vehicle inspection was scheduled. Since, I had arrived 30 minutes early, I had no expectation to be immediately taken care of. That is exactly what Service Advisor, Bobby Ramos proceeded to do and as usual, with a smile and courteous greeting. "inspection" Inspection was done well and promptly. I have nothing to add, except that it is annoying to have to enter a minimum of twenty-five words to describe my satisfaction with a routine visit. Were it not for the fine job the service department did and my desire to express gratitude, I would be too offended by this survey to fill it out.
"Oil/Winter Check" Excellent service for getting winter ready. I love the quick check in and out. I really appreciate all the wonderful shuttle drivers. Always on time.
"Pilot " Tire pressure sensor were leaking in rear also needed tires. Ryan York got me on an emergency and when my vehicle couldn’t be finish that day provided me with a loaner. Top notch service

"A very generous gift." Berlin Honda sent me a gift of a free oil change and a detailing. Amazing. I also asked for a tire rotation though I hadn't mentioned it when I asked for the appointment. I was treated like a first class customer by a very friendly and patient customer service person. I received an account of my 12 year old CRV with suggestions which I might look into. No pressure at all. We have bought a car here and urged others to do the same. You can be sure that I will return here in the future.
