"A very generous gift." Berlin Honda sent me a gift of a free oil change and a detailing. Amazing. I also asked for a tire rotation though I hadn't mentioned it when I asked for the appointment. I was treated like a first class customer by a very friendly and patient customer service person. I received an account of my 12 year old CRV with suggestions which I might look into. No pressure at all. We have bought a car here and urged others to do the same. You can be sure that I will return here in the future.

"excellent everyone was very polite and attentive to us" We had an very good experience at Berlin City. We were looking for a certain Honda, and as soon as one came in Dana called us. We went in to Berlin City on a Thursday and on Friday we were driving our new Honda Civic Touring home. This is not the first Honda we buy from Berlin City. We love doing business there. Dana was very personable and a pleasure to do business with. We would do business with Dana again when the time comes.
