Excellent Service! No waiting to get my car signed in. Courteous and professional service from Eric, my service representative. I highly recommend Berlin City Honda's service department!
It was easy to get an appointment when I needed one. Wait at location was about an hour. Complementary many point inspection was completed as well as oil change. Great service, friendly reps.
Signed me in about minutes after I arrived. Told me it would be 75 minutes to do an oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection. It was actually 1 hour and 40 minutes and no communication throughout the process. They do great work on the car but service delivery needs some improvement

Berlin City Honda was simply wonderful. My car had to be towed one evening due to a dead battery. The Honda service department contacted me promptly, first thing the next morning with a plan to get me up and running that same day! I was so relieved! And they even sent a shuttle to pick me up at work and bring me to pick up my car when it was finished. Thank you, Berlin City!!
