"Thorough" I came in for my oil change, they saw that I had a recall and recommended getting the recall done at the same time. They were able to get both done
"Above & beyond expectations !" I had a concern regarding a noise which I was hearing coming from the engine compartment when I pushed the accelerator. I called & set up an appointment to have it checked. One the day of the appointment, I was greeted by a service rep who took my information. Shortly, I was introduced to Darryl the service technician. He took my car & assessed what he had been told regarding my concern. "Excellent and friendly service" Bobby Ramos was, as always, very friendly and professional. This was a 60,000 mile service, and Bobby explained what the service entailed and how long it would take. He kept me informed as the service was being completed and also made sure our two key fobs were repaired and covered by our warranty. The service took longer than scheduled (technicians neglected to do the wheel alignment and had to take the car back in), but Bobby explained the reason and apologized with his usual smile. "Service Department" I had to bring my car in for an oil change and a few other things. The gentalmen who worked with me was very gracious. He was new to Berlin City Honda but seemed to know his stuff. This is the reason I keep coming back to Berlin City Honda its not just because they always do a good job with my car its because of the customer service. Keep it up the good work!
