Service was fine, and the cost was as estimated. However, communication and timing were poor. I was told it would take about 3 hours and had a ride lined up to go get the car. However, I didn't hear anything back so tried calling around 4 hours after dropping the car off. They have a very poor automated system for leaving messages. Tried again and eventually got a live person who left to check, waited on hold for over 10 minutes, hing up, tried again later. I'm amazed, every time I come here, I'm treated very well by pleasant, knowledgeable people. This time, it was Jessica. Everything done was explained very well and the bill was reasonable. The waiting area was clean and pleasant. I'd recommend this place highly and will continue to service my Accord here.
