Service was fine I have been promised a tank of gas for filling out the survey and I have yet to get a tank of gas! I'm owed about 3 now they say to just stop in but that is more inconvenient for me, a gas card would much better since I don't live close.

They tried to charge over $800 in fees for a car listed for $500. I assumed some fees but to that I just laughed and walked out when I saw the $1404 bill.

Took 2 and a half hours for a tire rotation and oil change. Saw 4 groups of people come in, get serviced and leave before my car was touched. Last time I was there they forgot to tell me my car was done and I sat in there for another extra hour

Since the time we purchased the car, driver side door buttons (lock $ unlock) not working. Every time it fixed it only for few days. Poor workmanship.

My vehicle was not at Berlin city on November 4th. Personally I will never bring my truck back to them for anything. After having to fight with them to have transmission fixed a month after the truck was purchased.

Customer service is extremely nice. Was told I had a complementary car wash but came out to a dirty car. Has me wondering if my tires were even rotated or not.

wanted touchscreen looked at and they didnt do it because that would be another diagnostic charge over and above the $1000+ that i already paid them
