Had my pathfinder in for service. They balanced and rotated my tires among other things. A week later one of my tires fell off while I was driving it. I could have gotten killed. I had it towed back to Berlin City and they repaired the tire. When I returned to pick up my pathfinder there was a large deep very deep scratch in they paint on the back bumper. They refused to fix it.
Was not a good experience. They would not honor my maintenance contract that I have on my vehicle from another dealer. So, I am out $150.00

Normal maintenance done on time and with care. But, screen seems not to be covered under the $2,000 bumper to bumper warranty. Getting only 1/3 of screen after car warms up the control for heat, A/C, heated seats and steering wheel as well as radio controls not visible. Unble to turn off heated drivers seat that comes on automaticaly when the out side temp is cold. So you end up driving around with a hot burning as......
They replaced trans last yr so why do I need a CVT fluid flush???
Great customer service! Oil change package price is ridiculous. If you had to go up in price I can understand, but to change it to 2 changes instead of 3 is a poor business decision.
Every single service has never ever been on time, we requested first service of day, we leave our car day before, we call service and setvup weeks ahead, and service never reads or does as requested

The service was fine. Calling to schedule the service was frustrating. I was stuck on hold for 15 minutes.
Diagnosis cost $170 for a radio to tell me that it needed to be replaced to solve the issue with the radio and that would cost $2400! A high end unit is around $1000. So that tells me they plan to charge me $1500 to pop it out and replace it.
Too expensive. They want $370 for a 3-pack oil change and tire rotation, and more if you don't buy the 3÷pack. They used to be better, and I will not be returning for service or new car purchase.
