Very disappointed! They told me I needed new tires. I just purchased these from them 2 yrs ago, only 33,000 miles on them. They were supposed to have a 75,000 mile warranty, but Berlin City told me I had to contact the manufacturer directly. I found out that Berlin City is not an authorized dealer, so there is no warranty. They probably have a warranty from whomever they purchased the tires from, but they don't to do the work to put a claim on the warranty. Not a happy customer...
Poor service, incorrect price quote, belligerent attitude, not a good day, do I need to say more!
Not impressed I had to pay $170.00 to do diagnostic testing for my check engine light.
I brought the car in for diagnostic and was offered to have the corrective service performed that day, or at another time. The advisor said it would take about two hours if we did it the same day, because the tech was going to go to lunch. We were led to believe it would be a 30-60 minute service. I was offered an appointment the following day, at a time of my choice. The car was taken in, and we were told it would be an1 1/2 - 2 hour service. Two years in a row I have taken my 2008 Solara to the Toyota (45K-49k miles) dealer in Saco ME. The service people are very nice but the waits are very long, they are not on time (so why make an appointment) and the prices are over market. I also feel that they tell you repairs are needed that are not well diagnosed or cost over the market rates. I will not return.
We were very disappointed in the service we received this time around. The work was done, but we are still trying to connect with the mechanic who did the work, as we have questions regarding what was quoted/said. Still haven't received a call from him. And one of the things we had done, was a State Inspection, which they don't charge for. Well guess what?! The person who put the bill together, charged us. Very strange day. The manager and Service representative were very obstinate, almost angry. I do not know what their problem was. In addition, no common sense. I had an oil change, oil filter change, and oil additive added, which i provided, and the maintenance Tech threw out the remaining oil, about half a quart, which i could have used to top off my oil level when it became low. I have to go back with the same problem twice and they have no idea what are they doing. I dont recommend this place to even my worst enemy.
Never bought a car here, nor had it serviced. Been trying for a year to get this to stop
