Bought a couch, chair and ottoman 5 years ago. The fake leather started peeling a year later. they came out and replaced the pieces. 6 months later, more peeling was happening. They said oh that was a courtesy the first time and the insurance doesn't cover it. They refunded the insurance. Now I have no insurance. The pieces they fixed the first time started peeling. bait-and-switch tactics were used on me since i financed over $12K worth of tempurpedic ****resses, bases and remotes on sunday in the hope that this new setup will help me to stop snoring & the ****ress sales guy told both me and my wife that we would need to sleep on the ****resses for at least ****************************************** order to return them if we don't like them so we agreed and delivery was made yesterday yet when my wife went to find out bedding size needed she saw the sales comments which were hard to f... read more
Well Im glad that these reviews confirmed how I felt in their store. I arrived early right at opening. I was literally the only customer in the store and the sale guy could not even stay with me to show me anything or answer questions. He just pointed to where the recliners were. I found exactly what I wanted at lazy boy. More importantly was how I was treated and how kind the sales woman was. She really listened. He did not, glad I trusted my gut.
Warranty they sell you is a scam. They have no problem taking your money for it but when you need to use it they come up with every excuse why they will not cover it. They try to use excuses with out having any proof of what actually is going on. They just use loop holes to not cover anything. Reading the complaints not sure how they keep getting away with this
Ordered furniture that was delivered yesterday. Had them take back the desk since the leg was broken off. The delivery guys tried to throw a s**** in the leg to hold it together. The leg fell off as they were carrying it back to the truck. I stepped outside to see what they were bringing in next and caught them s******* something into the headboard of the bed I bought. Most of our order delivered but 2 pieces were damaged. Notified customer service immediately. I was notified 2 weeks ago that one of the replacements had arrived and the chair that I had ordered was also available for delivery, but I cannot get a delivery date. I do live 250 miles from the ********, ***** store and paid a $500 delivery fee. The office manager was unable to help with a delivery date because whom ever handles the long distance deliveries was not available and was told it could be another month. This would be 0 if possible!I ordered a bedroom set that was delivered in April 2022 and the dresser was delivered damaged. Second time, damaged. I was assured the next one would be gone over carefully before being sent out...DAMAGED! Fourth try, again promised it would be checked over carefully...DAMAGED!! Fifth time? Yes, DAMAGED! I am beyond disappointed with the lack of quality control and no one caring enough to do what they promised...check it carefully before delivering!
