Horrible customer service! I bought a bureau a year ago and it all started chipping. I was told I couldnt go back to choose a better quality bureau without paying a rental fee for the defective bureau I have.My advice shop at another furniture store, Bernie and Phyls will leave you with defective merchandise and lousy customer service!

Service was great but we bought an ****** ******* set and we are now going on one year of wait time. We have been getting our set in pieces and I am living out of boxes from my old bureau. We purchased another piece of furniture from another company and waited over a year for ****** to deliver. When we went to *********************************************** they told us around 3 months wait. Horrible customer service. We ordered a couch special order. When it arrived the material was not the color, texture, or design we ordered. We had been sent a swatch from the factory and the sample looked to be very much what we had ordered but not at all like the fabric that was delivered. We dealt with the customer service office for several calls/emails and an in-house visit, only to then be told that customer service only deals with repairs, not wrong orders. We bought a sectional couch there a few years ago for over $3000 and the fake leather product that was used is totally defective and peels away from coming in contact with oils in human skin. So basically, our couch is falling apart due to human contact. Its a disgrace they would contract out a manufacturer who would use such a material and then do nothing to rectify it. Never shop with them!!

After purchasing multiple furniture from this store, and having multiple issues -- including missing parts and horribly bad sevice. Still waiting for rectification to said missing parts months later. Also still waiting for a simple response!! I can honestly say this store is one of the worst. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY -- better off shopping else where!!

STOP - TURN AROUND AND GO ELSEWHERE! I have been receiving the run around since our ordered started in November 2020. While I have the furniture which is a floor model (delivered in July 2021), I am waiting on a monetary credit. I was in the showroom in October 2021, and told the credit was being issued on a credit card we opened to purchase the furniture.Two statements later, the credit has not been issued. extremely disappointed with service and even more so with warranty. We purchased several pieces from bernie and ****** back in late December. Furniture did not come when promised which i understood and continued to wait patiently. My husbands chest on chest was received with a broken draw and another piece had chipped paint , when finally receiving in march, they where made aware of these things that day Here we are in almost December and both issues have not been taking care of and i keep getting the run around. Three years ago I purchased a reclining leather sofa from Bernie and ***** with a separate five year leather protection policy. After owning this sofa for a very short time the seams on the inside of the cushions began to crack and split. This problem was fixed with new cushions. Well here I am again with the same problem seams cracking and splitting, back cushion going flat. I have tried to resolve this problem with Bernie and ***** only to be told that this is not covered. Dont waste your money. Spend over 3k on a mattress that has a dip in it. Call ******************** and Phyls and month ago and scheduled a bed check, came back as a being defective and we were told that the paper work would be sent to Bernie and Phyls to start the warranty process. Was told this would be covered within 7-10 days and we would either get a new mattress or a credit.
