KEVIN IS THE BEST !!!!!!!!! Kevin is very knowledgeable and cares about customer service.I came in multiple times trying to decide on the best mattress ( it was hard for me ) but Kevin always welcomed me and gave me all the time I needed and BTW I asked a million questions and he had a lot of patience with me..I really appreciate it Kevin.You have gained a customer forever . Alan and Kevin were Very helpful. Alan took the time to help us find a bed perfect for my husband who likes soft beds and me, who prefers firm beds. They made us feel like we were at home and didn't try to push anything on us. They made us feel like we had been friends our whole lives. Alan sold us on the tempur pedic and we're so stoked to get amazing sleep!!

Service here is wonderful! Kevin and Alan were incredibly helpful. I must have called at least 3 different times with questions. They were patient and able to answer all of them and offer suggestions. Even helped us with delivery! Will definitely be coming here for when we need another bed

Alan and Kevin could not have been more helpful! I needed a mattress for our spare bedroom. Nothing too expensive or fancy, yet still comfortable. Within 5 minutes Alan had helped me pick out a mattress and we started paperwork. Couldn't have asked for better customer service! Super friendly and easy going. Not pressured into anything. Glad we stopped into this store. Ended up with what I wanted and at a great price. Our salesman, Alan was very friendly and helped the process to be very convenient and quick. Definitely recommend this store if you're looking for a new bed.

I walked in just to browse and see what my next mattress would be for future purchase. I was greeted by Kev and Al. Both were very helpful with showing me and explaining what the difference in all of the mattresses. This made choosing what kind of mattress I needed a lot easier. I ended up buying a mattress right then and there. The process was quick and easy with next day delivery. Got a great deal, great product, and great service from Alan. He listens to what you want and helps point you to your best options, but isn't pushy. He'll also be honest about what he knows and what his other customers share as far as product reviews. It's awesome to feel like a valuable customer and not just another commission check! I'll recommend Best Mattress to my friends & family.

There is a reason this company has 5 stars. It is because they are a great company with great prices and great staff. Thanks Kevin and James. I bought a mattress for my mom for her birthday. She was on vacation so when she came home, it took her a few mins to realize she had a new mattress. She was ecstatic. Thanks again guys. Oh the shipping team was great too.
