Alan was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. He was patient with all of our mattress decisions and helped us fimattress with a price range within our budget.
This was my second time purchasing a mattress here and I was able to work with Al both times. It was a great experience both times and I feel I got a great deal. I will continue to come here to for all my mattress purchases while I live in Las Vegas. Al and Kevin both make me feel special and like they really appreciate my business.
I decided to give this spot a chance based on the previous Yelp reviews and the fact that it's in the neighborhood / family owned. Glad I did, I didn't feel pressured or rushed. I was actually in here for a while, going back and forth from bed to bed trying to really figure out what worked for my body. After spending the night on the apartment floor we went to Best Mattress. Kevin was wonderful. We were referred by Lauren at Pavilions apartments. Went in and came out with a really great deal. And they delivered the same afternoon. The delivery guys were quick and tonight we sleep in beds instead of on the floor. Thanks Kevin, we will be back once the house is finished for a new Cal King bed.
Kevin was awesome, saved me a bunch by steering me to the Serta vs tempurpedic and same day delivery!!!!
Alan was a great salesperson-not pushy but very helpful. He and Kevin are super friendly and I am happy to have given my business to their store. Great job, guys!!
This place was wonderful. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly & fun. Nice selection, reasonable prices & our salesman Kevin Simons was awesome. He made an otherwise daunting task fun. Kevin took great care of us & I highly recommend Best Mattress on W. Tropical & ask for Kevin, he will take great care of you.
We bought a mattress from Kevin awhile ago are we are still Loving it! Kevin is an incredibly knowledgeable and patient salesman. He waited while we tested almost every bed and asked hundreds of questions. He walked us through the process and was very helpful. He even added perks to the deal after all of that time we took!!! The delivery guys were also great, quick setup, nothing broken, they took good care of everything. Great local place. We are happy that we found it.
Had a great experience at Best Mattress. The salespeople were very knowledgeable. We pretty much knew what we wanted, and Kevin helped make the process quick and easy. We left the store at around 11 a.m. and had our mattress by 2:30 p.m. the same day!
