This was my second time purchasing a mattress here and I was able to work with Al both times. It was a great experience both times and I feel I got a great deal. I will continue to come here to for all my mattress purchases while I live in Las Vegas. Al and Kevin both make me feel special and like they really appreciate my business.

I decided to give this spot a chance based on the previous Yelp reviews and the fact that it's in the neighborhood / family owned. Glad I did, I didn't feel pressured or rushed. I was actually in here for a while, going back and forth from bed to bed trying to really figure out what worked for my body. After spending the night on the apartment floor we went to Best Mattress. Kevin was wonderful. We were referred by Lauren at Pavilions apartments. Went in and came out with a really great deal. And they delivered the same afternoon. The delivery guys were quick and tonight we sleep in beds instead of on the floor. Thanks Kevin, we will be back once the house is finished for a new Cal King bed.

This place was wonderful. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly & fun. Nice selection, reasonable prices & our salesman Kevin Simons was awesome. He made an otherwise daunting task fun. Kevin took great care of us & I highly recommend Best Mattress on W. Tropical & ask for Kevin, he will take great care of you.

We bought a mattress from Kevin awhile ago are we are still Loving it! Kevin is an incredibly knowledgeable and patient salesman. He waited while we tested almost every bed and asked hundreds of questions. He walked us through the process and was very helpful. He even added perks to the deal after all of that time we took!!! The delivery guys were also great, quick setup, nothing broken, they took good care of everything. Great local place. We are happy that we found it.

Best customer service in town! This was my second purchase at this store. Got what I was looking for without the usual sales pressure. Very pleased with my mattress set and got a great discount. Thank you Kevin, you are a sweetheart!

Kevin the store manager was so friendly and easy going when it came to helping us find the perfect mattress! Never felt pressured to buy and he never tried to up sell with us! We had been to several stores and felt uncomfortable each time as sales people were pushy and rude! It was honestly due to his kindness and respect that we decided to go with the mattress at this store! We plan on buying our children's beds down the road from this same store due to the wonderful customer service. Thank you Kevin!!!

I was shopping around for a new mattress for my guest bedroom after a horrible experience at another furniture store. I'm so glad I stopped in here. Alan was kind, courteous, and knowledgable from the very beginning. He wasn't pushy and found me a mattress that was perfect for my needs. I was able to get it delivered early the next day and the delivery men were very well mannered as well. I will definitely be returning if I need another mattress! Knowledgeable staff and amazing customer service!!!!
