Buyer Beware this is my second post I don't know what happened to my first post. Melissa the store manager is prejudice. We were told by Kayla take your receipt and they'll pick up your mattress. We discuss this with Melissa in a normal calm way then she blurts out/states I feel threatened we replied huh we're asking to pick up the mattress as instructed but she looked white mixed like we all are. We bought a $3,500 adjustable Serta bed from them and we're told that it was returnable within 30 days if we were not happy. We had problems with a bad from the beginning and when we went and found out only the mattress is returnable not the base that's adjustable. Not what they told us when we bought it. They referred us to the manufacturer of the base to fix it and they have scheduled appointments 3 times never showed up and never called. Ok so my family bought mattresses from these people on two different occasions. On both occasions they sent us the wrong mattress a cheaper model!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. BE careful. Considering legal action

So we bought a Tempur Breeze bed from Cameron just now. Absolutely the best customer service! He did what he could for us and was always polite to us and each person that walked in, acknowledging each and every one. We are super excited to get our new bed tomorrow! Thanks Cameron!! UPDATE! We have had our new bed for a little over a week now. Although the bed is OK the sales person was a bit misleading. We went in looking to go from our Cal King to a King. I purchased a mattress for my eldest daughter at this location last year and had a very seamless transaction. Steve was very helpful,one year later, she loves the bed and it has no sagging or discomfort of any kind. Definitely felt a warm, fuzzy feeling for dropping this kind of cash for a good bed, Simmons Recharge 2014 model. Went back in last month to buy another one for my younger daughter and have had a very bad experience. This bed sagged within two weeks and you can feel the springs coming through the padding. I will say our experience in store was great, we weren't pushed into anything we didn't want. They have a decent selection of low to high end mattresses. We were able to get our mattress quick, I believe it was next day. The delivery guys were cool and polite. However, when they were unwrapping the one box spring(we got a king) it was different then the other one. When we asked the delivery guys, they played dumb like they didn't notice it!
