Buying experience was OK. Salesperson, Steve, seemed knowledgeable. . We tried several brands and models, picked one and negotiated a fair price. Took about an hour. It was delivered on time the next day..no muss, no fuss. We don't buy mattresses often, but when we need another we'll return to see Steve at Best Mattress.
Amazing place with amazing customer service! They really do beat any prices you find. They even sat with me to help ME find the BEST deal. I will be coming back here for any mattress I need. They also were able to accommodate my (very short notice) delivery date, something that no other place was willing to do! AND FREE delivery! I highly recommend this place over any other mattress store in the area.
They have an amazing selection of mattresses and an INCREDIBLY knowledgable, patient and kind manager named Steve. He spent so much time with us explaining the benefits to all the mattresses we were interested in. We have 2 great mattresses thanks to his help. You really don't get customer service like this anymore.

Great experience!!!! We walked in and Troy Underwood was the best "tour guide" to mattress options and considerations. He took time to explain variances based on our preferences and made logical recommendations. After "testing" the best matches we felt very confident that we received the BEST experience and products ( we also bought pillows and mattress cover). I encourage you to go to Best Mattress and ask for Troy!

My husband and I have been looking for mattresses for a while, and I have to say the sales person Steve was awesome. With his positive attitude, honesty and years of experience, we felt confident buying from them. Very patient, informative and educational. Steve really helped us chose our perfect mattress! The prices are much lower also than a lot of other stores, however the quality remains high.
Typical Mattress place. Big open floor plan with lots of beds to sit on and try out. The guys what work there are pretty cool and not pushy like other places. We are looking for low profile box spring and they were able to present several good options and suggest a few places to look at in addition to them. I think we are just going to wait and get a whole new mattress set after the wedding though... so I can't tell you about their after purchase service.
I'm very unhappy. We bought a platform that was from the show room. This platform has very cheap material and is coming apart on the corners. We were assured the platform had real wood but you can see at the opened corners this is manufactured wood MDF. Watch what you buy. September 5, 2024 delivered today. Linda
