Wow! BEST MATTRESS really stepped it up. I complained a while back about having to wait without no response from the sales person on floor. I called the next day and spoke with Steve, the regional manager and he was the most professional manager that I have spoken with in years. Best Mattress corrected a manufacturer's error. Two years ago we purchased a regular King bed and when it was delivered the mattress did not match up to the box springs, however, the tag on the mattress stated regular King. We just chalked it up to less than excellent quality control. This year we were getting ready to move the bed to a different room and it dawned on my to measure the mattress and compare it to the dimensions of a California King. My husband and I just bought our first home and we needed to fill out guest rooms. We were on a tight budget but we decided to go looking since it was Veterans Day weekend. I am so thankful we went to Best Mattress. Steve was fantastic! He listened to our needs, was very knowledgeable, and best of all- as new homeowners- he found our perfect mattresses within our budget!
Had my girlfriends family coming in to town; with only a few days warning, I needed to scramble a guest bedroom together. First and only stop was at Best Mattress. Never Wrote a review on here before but after the experience I had today at Best Mattress I had too. For the past two weeks my wife and myself have been shopping around for a new mattress for ourselves. Usually ended up walking out disappointed and wondering if all these mattress shops were all the same. I walked in and immediately received help and honest feedback on the mattresses I was seeking knowledge on. The prices were low for the great quality of mattress I was receiving and they even went out of their way to ensure I had the mattress quickly as I was already moved into my apartment and sleeping on the couch. The manager called the warehouse and had them there with my things for setup by the next morning.
Steve was awesome to work with. He helped us understand what was important in buying a new mattress and took the time to explain our options very clearly. Never felt pressured, never felt "sold to". Felt like Steve genuinely had our best interest at heart and that is why we bought our mattress there.

Went here to purchase a new mattress and was helped by Steve Cull. Steve was super helpful and honest and would I definitely recommend going here if you want good customer service as well as good prices :)
