Steve was awesome to work with. He helped us understand what was important in buying a new mattress and took the time to explain our options very clearly. Never felt pressured, never felt "sold to". Felt like Steve genuinely had our best interest at heart and that is why we bought our mattress there.

AnjolyM. was very happy, personable and did a great job finding what I needed so I could take home the 2 twin mattresses today.. the 2 customers that were finishing up with her as I came in were so happy and thankful, it appeared she had just given them great service just before me as well... I had bought a mattress a year ago from the Tropical/Centennial Best Matress and had such a great experience then that I chose to stop into this location today on my way home and Anjoly M. Went here to purchase a new mattress and was helped by Steve Cull. Steve was super helpful and honest and would I definitely recommend going here if you want good customer service as well as good prices :)

My boyfriend and I went in looking for a new bed and with Steve's help we found one! He was so helpful and understanding of what we needed. He told us to try different beds and even gave us pillows to make sure we got the right feel for it. He was very patient with us while we made our decision and was not pressuring us into buying something we weren't sure of. Thank you Steve for helping us pick out a bed and for having great customer service!

I have bought 2 beds from Steve at this store. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have lots of inventory to look at. The prices are reasonable, and they have good payment plans. I would recommend Steve, and this store to anyone looking to buy a bed!

STEVE! What a remarkable human being. Our friend needed a bed in an emergency situation due to a great family loss. Steve guided her gently through a very tough period of grief. Due to his act of kindness and the graciousness of the help at other departments at Best Mattress her issue was resolved in a matter of a few short hours. STEVE, thank you much for your kindness.

Store's already closed when we stopped by best mattress, Steve was inside and did not hesitate to open the door for us, He was very patient even though it was past business hours already, he entertained our questions and explained everything so that we could decide which mattress will work best for us and our budget. An hour and a half later, we bought the mattress. All in all, this was a very pleasant experience and we're very thankful that steve made it very easy.

Mattress shopping isn't one of my favorite things to do. I was pretty much decided on buying online when I popped in to see the selection in person. The interaction was pleasant. The sales person was knowledgeable but not too pushy. Delivery was service was great. I'd shop here again.
