My boyfriend and I went in looking for a new bed and with Steve's help we found one! He was so helpful and understanding of what we needed. He told us to try different beds and even gave us pillows to make sure we got the right feel for it. He was very patient with us while we made our decision and was not pressuring us into buying something we weren't sure of. Thank you Steve for helping us pick out a bed and for having great customer service!

I have bought 2 beds from Steve at this store. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have lots of inventory to look at. The prices are reasonable, and they have good payment plans. I would recommend Steve, and this store to anyone looking to buy a bed!

STEVE! What a remarkable human being. Our friend needed a bed in an emergency situation due to a great family loss. Steve guided her gently through a very tough period of grief. Due to his act of kindness and the graciousness of the help at other departments at Best Mattress her issue was resolved in a matter of a few short hours. STEVE, thank you much for your kindness.

Store's already closed when we stopped by best mattress, Steve was inside and did not hesitate to open the door for us, He was very patient even though it was past business hours already, he entertained our questions and explained everything so that we could decide which mattress will work best for us and our budget. An hour and a half later, we bought the mattress. All in all, this was a very pleasant experience and we're very thankful that steve made it very easy.

Mattress shopping isn't one of my favorite things to do. I was pretty much decided on buying online when I popped in to see the selection in person. The interaction was pleasant. The sales person was knowledgeable but not too pushy. Delivery was service was great. I'd shop here again.

Wife and I needed a new mattress. Went to Best Mattress after a previous, positive experience buying a mattress for our daughter from this shop. Faron was the associate that helped us out. Very knowledgeable, very patient and excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone. No hard sell or other pressure into higher end/priced models. Faron took the time to make sure we got exactly what we were happiest with. Plus free delivery and free disposal of the old mattress.

Came in here 15 mins before closing time but Steve was so accomodating! Great deals on the mattress and customer service was great! Highly recommended! :D

Steve was very friendly and quite knowledgeable about his product. He was very patient as well, I was torn between 2 beds and ended up flipping a coin to decide. I will definitely recommend this location to any future mattress buyers.
