I'm very unhappy. We bought a platform that was from the show room. This platform has very cheap material and is coming apart on the corners. We were assured the platform had real wood but you can see at the opened corners this is manufactured wood MDF. Watch what you buy. September 5, 2024 delivered today. Linda
I bought a tempu-Pedic mattress on 02/18/23, wife slept in it for 2 weeks before going to hospital then passing away. I called their so called customer service line to get the mattress picked up for a return. When they came buy they looked at mattress and it was in perfect condition, then asked if someone in the house smokes, and I said yes, the owner does, but does not come in the room where the mattress is at. The store should be named Worst Mattress. The service and return policy is terrible! My husband and I bought a very expensive Tempurpedic mattress after spending a couple hours at the store. It was comfortable in the store, but the mattress we got was super uncomfortable. I considered going to the doctor because my back and hips hurt so bad. Then I realized it might be the mattress. Don't buy any mattresses from them I thought a mattress in December and it started blowing in March I filed a claim and they said that that was normal I paid over $1000 for that mattress
After yesterday I actually couldn't wait to do the review. First off I don't know how this best mattress or any of them have five stars or even close. Must be there family members doing the picking. So I've been to all the best mattresses because all of them will tell you something different. Both on blue diamond have been the better ones. And this one is the worst. We bought a mattress just over a year ago and it's already worn and uncomfortable. They sent someone out to check it and sent a letter stating comfort isn't their responsibility. A real quality establishment. Buyer beware!
We bought our Mattress May 25th of 2019. We were sold on this apparently amazing mattress cover sold by Farron. Suppose to fit like a fitted sheet and keep your bed cooler. That was a line of bs!!!! This fitted mattress cover was 130.00 it does not hold up to what we were told. Slides all over the bed and actually kept the bed warmer. Pissed to say the least because they weren't willing to return it but willing to return the mattress in 120 days sleep guarantee. I only gave one star because of the customer service department. The sales people were very knowledgeable and competent, but when I had quality control issues from the Simmons factory, Best mattress customer service department labeled me a complainer and wrote me off. I have been sleeping on Simmons mattresses for 30 years. Their quality in the past had been exemplary. However, recently there has been a major decline in their quality control. Best Mattress customer service department should have done a better job.

Absolute Nightmare experience. I can only warn people to NOT spend your hard earned money here, all they do is rip you off, sell you very expensive "protector covers" that don't work at all, don't honor their warranty or return policy. We spent $2200 on a mattress and tried to return it less then 2 months later and we're told that we couldn't due to 2 stains.
