Wife and I needed a new mattress. Went to Best Mattress after a previous, positive experience buying a mattress for our daughter from this shop. Faron was the associate that helped us out. Very knowledgeable, very patient and excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone. No hard sell or other pressure into higher end/priced models. Faron took the time to make sure we got exactly what we were happiest with. Plus free delivery and free disposal of the old mattress.
Came in here 15 mins before closing time but Steve was so accomodating! Great deals on the mattress and customer service was great! Highly recommended! :D
Steve was very friendly and quite knowledgeable about his product. He was very patient as well, I was torn between 2 beds and ended up flipping a coin to decide. I will definitely recommend this location to any future mattress buyers.
I recently exercised Best Mattress' 'comfort exchange' on a Tempur Pedic and chose this Eastern Ave location to explore new options. I believe this store has the largest floor selection of any Best Mattress in LV (don't quote me, not sure) and both Steve and Lisa were very helpful. If you're in the market for a mattress, this is the location to explore and buy. Steve, the representative I met with, is a customer service oriented professional. He answered all my questions with confidence and was able to deliver. Best of all, he worked out a deal that made me feel good about my purchase. I will look no further, all my mattress business will be at this location and with Steve.
On Sunday, my husband and I went to go Mattress Shopping and was going to stop by at least 3 other Mattress places. We went here to Best Mattress and Steve helped us. Less then 1 hour later we bought our Mattress and it was delivered on Monday. They match other competitors prices. We found some online and they verified. We are very happy with Steve at Best Mattress. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.
The salesman, Steve, was very helpful for us to pick the bed in our budget and he explained everything. We highly recommend this place since he gave us lots of freebies and discount.

I had a great experience at Best Mattress today. I came in just to scope out what I was looking for and ended up with an offer and could refuse, and will have a new king bed delivered tomorrow.
