Great experience. Low rate and a seamless processing experience online and over the phone. The right amount of customer service contact, not annoying. Wonderful user interface on the website. Made it so much easier to have it all laid out in front of me.

Very efficient and smooth. Good communication throughout entire refinance with cash out. Easy documentation upload process. I liked the task reminders. They kept things moving along. The time line of application through closing was faster than I expected by a few weeks. The closing was super easy. The closing agent met me at my place of employment. Great job! I would definitely use Better again.

I worked with ******************************* and she did a great job! Paperwork was able to be completed online except for final closing at our home. They were very quick, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend Better.com and especially ******************************* to anyone necessary. They beat out several other competitors as far as terms and rate.

Kaile was a pleasure to work with!Process was great! Seemed to work better than original mortgage.All my questions were answered very promptly. That really lessens the stress not having to wait for answers when timing is so critical.The hybrid signing was faster and more efficient.

I refinanced with Better.com in November 2021. I have never refinanced pior to this so I cannot make any comparisons on whether this process was better/worse than others. However, I can say this was an extremely simple refinaince process. The terms they offerred were far superior to any others in addition to the two representatives I dealt with from the company being absolutely amazing. Everything went smoothly all the way to the finish line. Everyone was tremendous. Refinancing can be a tedious and overwhelming process, but for me Better's ************** was organized and clear. There are a lot of tasks and documentation to upload, but Better's process made it seem easy. I kept myself organized just by following the tasks assigned and watching the dashboard as things got checked off and completed. If you're looking to refinance, then choose Better. You'll be glad you did.

I thought ******* did a wonderful job of taking care of me and helping me get a cash out loan to finance the renovation of a house we just purchased with cash. I had a complicated situation because I applied for this loan very soon after we sold our previous house and the documentation of the sale had not been fully recorded.
