It was a much better experience then I had with a number of other lenders this year. The process was very easy with their platform and was always able to speak to someone live when I needed. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating was because towards the end the close process and scheduling with their 3rd party company to verify certain things on your credit, mortgage statement our if you were still employed was a waste of time since you have to call them, then they three-way the other party they need to get verif... read more

I would highly recommend! I used Better for a debt consolidation loan. They are not pushy whatsoever and are there to help when you have questions. I loved their self-service portal which allowed me to fill out all documents and upload everything in once easy to use place.
