Had a great experience working with Better. My closing took less than 3 weeks. The lender I worked with communicated with me real time, and answered almost all my questions on messages, which was very important to me as a first time home owner. Delighted with going with Better especially when all the other lenders said to me "Good luck getting your loan closed on time".

The process was efficient and fast -- much better than a previous experience that I had with a different team a little more than a year ago. This time, the team I was assigned, from processing to closing, was very responsive to the very little I asked clarifications on. This was particularly remarkable given that I was closing right at the same time of the *** fiasco regarding the layoffs just before the 2020 holidays.

******** was Amazing! She said you should close in about 20 days...it was absolutely fast!!!Other than the repeated efforts to verify employment in my wife's place of work they kept their word. Further, we love the easy way to upload documents through their portal which lives up to this digital age. As long as you complete the required tasks timely the process from start to finish is transparent and very fast. The only thing Im kind of dissappointed, my lending officer ***** available to speak with verbally from the beggining to the end. All in all.5 stars for Better Mortgage!
