Fantastic service. Process was very smooth from start to finish. Everyone on the team was very quick to respond and patient with my never ending questions. I genuinely felt valued as an individual and that they cared about giving me the best rates and deals that they possibly could. This was our first home purchase so we didnt know what to expect but the online system is very user friendly and they are available to help whenever you need it. I would absolutely recommend using Better for purchasing a home.

I had a really amazing experience with Better. I went with a local lender who ended up quoting me old rates, and was extremely slow with paperwork and responses. I switched my lender to Better in the middle of the deal (after ******* money deposit but before closing) which was nerve wracking for all parties involved but Better came through in a big way! The team, especially ****, was very patient in answering all my queries and providing guidance throughout my house buying journey. Thorough professional. I would highly recommend better.com to anyone wanting to first-time homebuyers/refinance their home loan.
Overall it was a great experience. Everything was done online. Refinance was quick. If I had any questions, Better quickly answered them via email (that was my preference). The only thing I wish was a little better was the communication toward the end. Once we picked a closing date, we didn't really receive much communication after that. Better.com was the most professional, easy to use and quickest refinance I have done. The portal to upload data was simple to use, and the communication that included a time line was excellent.Everyone I worked with was professional and helpful.
Overall great experience in our case of being first home buyers, closing time was 25 days, I would definitely recommend better to anyone.Oh and also it had the best rate from all the lenders I looked
