I am not the kind of person who leaves reviews, probably should more often but never find the time. There's a lot of work involved in getting a mortgage or doing a refinance. Emotion's can run high . Better exceeded my expectations. They take the complicated and organize it into a user friendly interface. They are there to answer questions and guide you with outstanding customer service. Thank you ****** , you were amazing. My highest recommendation !

We started with Better because they could get us the best interest rate. They exceeded expectations. They were incredibly fast and answered all our questions. Everything was online or over the phone, which was very convenient. The only thing in person was looking at houses, walk through of the house, and signing with the title/notary!

Simple. Smooth. Clearly a better engineered refinance process. This was the most straight forward no ** refi you could ask for. Nicely designed portal was easy to navigate, real people were always ready to respond to questions.

Better.com is processing a fraudulent loan in my name without my approval. I applied for an investment property loan. They returned an estimate for a primary residence loan. I have communicated more than 5 times over the last 3 weeks that this is incorrect. They told me they would correct it and to pay the $550 to keep the process moving along. All went well and as expected. Closing was a fast and smooth process. The technology and ease of use of the system was fantastic. My only complaint is that my original home advisor was let go in the middle of working on my loan. He was excellent and followed up regularly. Afterwards it was obvious that his case load was transferred to another advisor who was clearly overwhelmed with the transition and did not follow up as much on the loan progress. The rest of the process was great and I would recommend Better to others.

Working with Better gave me a lot of ease on the loan application and processing. Everything you do is online and recorded on their portal. Reaching them by phone is also very easy. I would recommend to consider them when you are in the market for a home.

Impressive experience at a great rate. Better Mortgage exceeded our expectations with a very easy to use online process, clear communications, and responsive personalized support (phone or email) whenever needed. I completed my application on the 1st of the month, closed on the 14th after an appraisal, and funded on the 20th (during the holidays) - Wow! Great rates. Web based platform was intuitive to use. Constant email communication and task notifications made it easy to provide the necessary documents and keep the process moving. Real person to talk with when I had questions. Only complaint, they mailed me checks to pay off creditorsI havent mailed a check to a creditor in 10 years so it was a little challenging tracking down where to send checks.
