This was the best experience I have had in refinancing. The rates were awesome and the process was so easy and moved forward quickly. We closed within 3 weeks! The communication between us was excellent and kept things moving forward. I will definitely recommend better.com to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.

Excellent service from start to finish. From the time I decided to refinance until my closing was 30 days. The process was simple. The directions provided were clear and easy to follow. Better Mortgage systems and employees made our refinancing simple and timely. The online system makes completing and signing forms and submitting required supporting information easy to do. We always knew which tasks needed to be completed or reviewed when changes had been made. The online system provides an easy to understand format showing progress and next steps. I would highly recommend Better if you are looking for a mortgage loan company.The online process was so user friendly and my loan ******** ***** was quick to update me along the process. Just did a refinance for better rate and cash for addional property. The process was very easy as I had all information available when requested. I was able to work with my preferred title company so the process was effeicent. Did receive a great rate as my credit is very good and no outstanding debt. Highly recommend to anyone looking to refinance.
