Great Service Experience trough the whole process. All the interactions I had with Better representatives was very positive, they were knowledgeable and responsive. The rate was very competitive and the time it took from the initial quote to closing was a lot faster than expected. It surpassed my expectations.
Better Mortgage Team was very professional and worked well on helping me be successful in refinancing our mortgage loan by reducing the interest rate and securing the required cash out They paid great attention to details and were very thorough in closing the loan.I think they should cut short on some of the red tape so they can close more loans faster. They are honest and genuine in their intentions, and I will gladly recommend them to my friends.
The refinance process was the smoothest and transparent compared to all my previous mortgage loan experiences. I was able to handle most of the questions and document requests from my phone and the processing team ****** was very responsive to my questions.

My wife and are refinancing.. We worked w/ four institutions for comparative loan estimates. Two local, one w/ our existing mortgage company and then Better.com. Our current mortgage institution rather spend more money buying our new loan from Better.com than matching Better.coms' offer. We are in the last leg of our refinance and to date it has been No ** & no drama.
The Good, excellent support and customer interface. Very speedy refinance action (after rate lock) if you are computer savvy and do most of your financial statement activity on-line. Note: Simply applying for the refi with "Better" (or any mortgage refi company) does not start your 30-day free rate lock.
