I had an excellent experience using Better Mortgage. I am a very "digital" person so it was easy for me to meet all of the documentation requirements with scanning and uploading to the website. I found them to be very responsive when I had a question, both on the phone and via email. Rate wise, they crushed all of the local lenders I could have worked with, as well as had extremely low closing costs, including no origination fee. We did a Refi and everything was really straight forward. I really liked the streamlined process. If you are comfortable doing online lending, Better is the way to go! We got a great rate. They responded quickly to questions and helped us through the process. I am really happy and have no complaints!

Great service from the start to the end. All the interactions I had with Better representatives were very positive, they were knowledgeable and responsive. it was definitely the best mortgage experience I have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone.

I cant say enough about the positive experience I had with Better Mortgage. The process was very easy and straightforward. ****** was fantastic to work with! He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and went above and beyond throughout the entire refinance to get us to a successful outcome. Moreover, ****** was prompt with his communication from the beginning of the process to the end and even emailed and/or texted after hours. I am glad we found Better Mortgage, because there is no better than this team of experts.

It was a great experience. It was my first refinance and I was hesitant as my home buying experience was long and a bit tedious. Having the ability to perform tasks online and having live people to answer questions was the perfect combination as I'm very busy. I would recommend Better Mortgage!

There is a big positive with online mortgage lenders like Better Mortgage- better rates and a synchronized application, approval and closing process. The customer service provided by the ********************** support team was superior as was the knowledge of the assigned mortgage agent *****************************. I was referred by **** ****** so I felt I could trust this company. It happened pretty smoothly. All was pretty much done by a portal that worked very well. A team member initially called me to explain things and answer questions. I was given options to either do a cash out with a bit more points/interest charged or go with the straight refinance.
