Great experience with Better. We were looking for a good rate with no hassle. This is the place to go. We needed a pretty standard 15 year refi. We had most of the paperwork completed with Better before other lenders had time to return our messages. Nearly all of my communications were electronic and efficient. I would recommend

Better.com is really better than other mortgage companies in my opinion. I got great rate prompt people who helped through out refinance process and they closed the loan within 21 days from the day I lock my rate.

Refinancing can be a long, complicated process, but Better.com made it so pleasurable! Their user experience is ********************** than any brick and mortar bank can offer. The whole process of getting mortgage is very transparent and pretty quick. They are available and guide at every step of the process, very good customer service, highly competitive in the market offer best interest rates, web portal is very informative and easily navigable, streamlined application process. No strings attached in the entire process.

A nice experience with this loan. Reasonable low-interest rate and many options for close. I greatly recommend it. You can do it totally online and the experts help a lot with timely and kindly help.
