Very satisfied. I applied for and received a great rate - and was hesitant to believe it would work out, but it did work out just as promised. While the web-based approach is different and not for everyone, they did insert a good mount of human interaction, so you never felt like you were without a human for questions. My only warning is that this product seems very geared towards people who are computer literate and fit neatly into the mortgage approval box - W-2 employee, longevity at current job, good credit scores, good ... read more

The team at Better Mortgage was easy to work with. I had many issue come up as we worked thru the process, but we were able to reach a path forward each time without delay to keep moving forward. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Well organized operation.

Vindya , the closing manager was very helpful to me . She was patient and didnt mind the repeated questions I asked about loan disclosures, escrows . She answered all my questions and her reply was always quick .

Very impressed with the team at Better, very good rate, AND 12 days from application to close. I had my papers in order and they had their process in order as well. Clear and timely communication (especially by email) and seamless online process.
