Searched for the best refi interest rates and Better was the best lowest option available. Communication with the team was top notch from the time I started the process until completion. The task process on the account dashboard let you see what was required and uploading documents was easy. I had a great experience with Better.com. Everything was easy to understand and the customer service was quick and responsive. I had already selected another company to go with before finding Better.com. Overall they saved me thousands of dollars in costs. I would highly recommend anyone check them out and make your own decision. If I refinance again in the future, I will certainly seek out Better.com.

I believe Better gave us the best interest rate options. That's why I went with them. Later I discovered their online portal to be extremely friendly with a task-manager that keeps you up-to-date on the next task you need to do. It's like gaming, getting tasks done, on your quest.

I was initially hesitant to go with an online mortgage company. It was the great rates that convinced me to go with Better.com, but I can say the whole process was easy, convenient and I always had excellent communication with my team whenever I needed anything. I loved the task system, easy document uploads and streamlined quick process. Would definitely use them again!
