They made the refinance process so easy. Their online portal made everything extremely easy to do and allowed for all parties to quickly complete their tasks. The staff was very professional and I greatly appreciate the communication through text messages that we had. This allowed for very fast communication with no back-and-forth.
Theb customer service is exceptional. They really try to make the experience of getting a mortgage easy and transparent. There will be always a person you can talk to and they will take their time clarifying any questions you might have. I am glad I choose them. They will answer phone calls even in the weekends. Overall great experience!

As a first time condo buyer, I chose Better because of the ease of finding all my info/estimates online and tracking my progress. It also helped that they gave me the best rate I found between 3 other banks. At every step in the process, I received updates as to what they needed next. It definitely helped me sleep better at night knowing I was staying on track at securing my loan. In the end I was able to finish everything in about 5 weeks- and as of today I am a new homeowner.
For such a daunting, and intimidating task like refinancing your home, I could not have asked for a "Better" process!!!!
The rate was the same as a few other companies quoted but the fees were much lower than any other company. Quick processing, the website was easy to use, and the people were friendly. A+
