The refinance process was very smooth and straight forward. Liked the online portal which kept us on track and the online support, Staff were friendly, supportive and great to deal with. Notary was very professional - came to our home and walked us through/completed all of the closing documentation in less than 45 mins. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Very easy and smooth process. Literally didn't have to talk to anyone until the signing (though they were available if I needed to throughout).

Couldn't believe it was so painless. Everything is done online but there's an actual human you can reach out to when you do have questions.Better should change its name to Betterer. Better than the best. Would refinance again with them again

Very smooth process, well-explained and executed. I had a small issue in which the appraisal fee was billed to me separate from the main closing, after the appraisal occurred, despite the disclosure form stating at the time that the appraisal fee was credited because the total closing costs would otherwise excess the legal limit. When I pointed out that the new request to pay the appraisal fee by credit card seems like an attempt circumvent the ********* on closing fees, the request for me to pay was canceled. Had a great experience refinancing my home with Better. 90% of it was done online in a very fast & efficient way. They gave me great loan options with a low interest rate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Refinancing went very smooth. Everyone at Better Mortgagee is really better than other mortgage companies I have worked in past. Will use their service again if the rates go down again :)

Better was recommended to me because if their great service and I was truly impressed. Their customer service is WAY ********************** than other finance firms, in my experience. I had a year-long, nightmare experience in 2019 with a big online mortgage broker that proudly touted its customer service on their website. That firm was a painful experience.
