Jus completed my refi with Better and the service was excellent. Their rates beat every competitor and I appreciated the straightforward loan estimate sheets they provide from day 1 rather than hiding it until you've locked like other companies. They selected a title company that was cheaper than any local competitor I could find as well which was great. EACH TEAM MEMBER WAS personable and responsive on a DAILY BASIS through the entire process. Questions were answered promptly the next day. I did my tasks promptly each day with any uploads as needed and closed in 4 weeks! Better.com has an outstanding on-line progress and process. I am VERY PLEASED WITH THE REFINANCE RATE. I would highly recommend anyone to use them!

The are not better, they are the BEST! Best rate, best closing costs, and the best customer service. They are so efficient that I wish I could hire them to work at my company. One time I e-mailed with 4 things I wanted changed or answered about my loan. Mere minutes later, Im on their website and my loan details were already updated. Even my title company contact was impressed by the rate and terms, and she works on mortgage financing for a living. Best company ever!

I attempted to refinance my mortgage and everything was set for the closing. The notary was not identified and we had a no show closing. I received no explanation for this and my agent was missing in action. I was then told my rate expired and to reapply. I have heard of no doc loans but never a no show closing! Stay away
