Better was easy to work with. Everything except the final signing was online and they were very responsive. They also had the best rates of any of the providers I looked at, by a decent margin.
Makes a complicated process as simple as possible. Did a refinance loan & except for signing at closing, 100% online. And the team was so responsive when I had questions. Excellent communication and service.
This company is the real deal. I was very hesitant to go with an online mortgage company but due to the really low rate I took the chance. After everything is done now, I have nothing but great things to say about the whole experience. The team was very helpful and really quick with the whole transaction. The online tools that Better offers are great. Very easy and convenient to upload all the information to the cloud. You check in periodically to your portal and go thru your check-list. The effort that has been put into the website is apparent. Everyone I came into contact was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend.
Refinancing my mortgage with Better was one of the most convenient financial processes I have ever experienced. Their website works on phones and the application is broken up into small tasks, so I could work on it whenever I had free time. They notified me by email when there were new tasks to complete, text me when there were important updates, and called me about once a week to keep me in the loop. Every other company I looked at seemed to be ran by high pressure sales teams that did everything over phone calls.
For a first-timer, purchasing a home can seem daunting but Better made the process very easy to follow and understand. The whole process from putting in an offer to closing took just about a month! They kept me and my real estate agent well informed throughout the whole process and I was able to secure a great rate as well!
Straightforward and simple process. Tasks are added and then notifications are sent to let you know about said tasks. Everything can be done digitally and if there are questions, folks can be reached quickly. Provided the best rate and closing costs from any of the lenders I was considering. Would definitely use again.
Perfect. No more mailing, faxing, or long phone calls trying to sort out pay stubs/ w2's/ tax returns with an old school mortgage originator. Better has an easy to use website for uploading documents. Every time I had an issue could get them on the phone in 2 minutes.
